2011 Forms must be filled out in order to hold your team slot
HPW provides: Helmet, shoulder pads, game uniform, and pants pads. (player keeps jersey at the end of season)
Player provides: practice pants and jersey. Cleats and other saftey gear needed.
Practices will be held at Whitesburg Baptist Annex (The Rock)
